We were asked by the host if anyone had allergies as we were being sat. When I said I was celiac and could not have gluten, the host said that she was the owner and her daughter is also celiac, and her son-in-law was the chef. She immediately offered a gluten free roll for me, and “regular” bread for the rest of the table. Then she said that 95% or more of the menu could be made gluten free, including the tiramisu. They have a short rigatoni-type pasta that is gluten free and can be substituted for all but the gnocchi dish. It was cooked perfectly and still had an al dente bite to it, which I find difficult with GF pasta. So delicious. I did not try the tiramisu, but want to go back to someday!
