Absolutely wonderful restaurant. I visited the restaurant for the first time today and I was traveling to the area for business and I was more than happy with my experience. I had the chicken parm sandwich and I am always worried that a lack of gluten will also mean a lack of taste but I could have sworn I was eating a 'normal' chicken parm. I also had the pleasure of chatting with Robert who made me feel more than comfortable eating there, I felt right at home and safe about the food I was eating. I live over an hour away but I will be back very soon. Also, I didn't have any reaction at all, safe for celiacs!
