Waiter was very knowledgeable and told us what we couldn’t have due to Celiac (basically anything fried including the chips). Much of the menu is marked gf and can be made gf. Unfortunately, one our sets of tacos came out on flour tortillas instead of corn. Our original waiter noticed and got us the correct order.
Menu has many GF options. The server seemed familiar when I said I had a gluten allergy. I ordered conservatively and got the chicken enchiladas, which were gf without modifications. My husband and I agreed that the food was bland and a bit dry (even the salsa was bland), but the setting was enjoyable. With so many good options around, it’s probably not a repeat for me.
Staff was super knowledgeable and there are a ton of gluten free options. We ordered the queso to start, and since the chips were fried in the same fryer, the waitress recommended bringing separate corn tortillas for me instead, to prevent any chances of cross contamination - felt super comfortable eating here and plan to go back again!
We ordered the Burrito Bowl, Al Carbon with Chicken (no plantains-they’re cross contaminated), Camarones Al Ajillo, Guacamole with veggies (no chips they’re in a shared fryer!), Rocco Mango and house margaritas
Just tell your server you have a gluten allergy 😊 they were knowledge and able to answer any questions. It is part of their protocol to change gloves with any allergy. GF items marked on the menu

Delicious and super busy. I sat at the bar, and my bartender was unsure about GF and Celiac so they sent someone else who was great. Very knowledgeable about what was and wasn't safe for me, and what could be altered to be safe. My top 2 choices were out that day, so I got chicken tacos on corn tortillas. Very tasty.
Food and ambiance were great! Told the server I was celiac and she knew exactly what it was. Before even asking, she let me know their fryer was not a dedicated GF fryer and therefore I could not have anything due to cross contamination. The menu is labeled with what is GF. I got the Birria Tacos and they were 10/10. You can do quac with a side of veggies and Queso with GF corn tortillas.
Loved this spot. Items are clearly marked, and the majority of the menu can be made GF. Very knowledgeable staff and takes all the precautions necessary to ensure your food is safe. The only downside is the chips aren't celiac safe due to being fried in the same oil. I brought my own chips and it was not a big deal. I got the birria tacos and they were incredible! Lovely drinks, atmosphere & huge portions. Great spot.
Overall good food. However, after thoroughly explaining my allergy/celiac to the waiter, I was still brought flour tortillas for my main course. Luckily, I could tell that something was off due to the way they looked and smelled so I didn’t eat them. Called him over and he said, in fact, they were flour tortillas, and he would replace them with corn. Manager came over and comped us an appetizer. Just something to be aware of.
I just left here and had the best experience at a restaurant I have ever had. And I have been gluten free for 10 years. I have celiac disease and I knew the second we talked with our waiter I would be completely safe here. The first thing he asked was if anyone had an allergies. I know you would think that is the bear minimum, maybe one day. But he ensured us that he would make sure everything was super safe and talked to us about how his husband has a very severe allergy as well and will make sure we have the same chef that takes care of his husband’s allergy will make my food as well. The Jeff’s name is Joe and if you are there definitely ask for him! He was so sweet and came out to say hi after! Even if you don’t get these people they are fantastic and the restaurant has gluten free signs on what you can get. The chips have cross contamination but the veggies actually rock with the quac! I also got the birria tacos and they were fenomenal! I didn’t get a picture with the food but here is the after haha
