Server was very knowledgeable - I like when I asked if the hard shell tacos were gluten free and she definitively could answer no, and when I asked about the tortilla chips served with the guacamole she knew that they were. It puts me at ease when the person can answer on their own without having to say, “I don’t know, let me check with the kitchen.” My celiac son loved his beef tacos (at some places the meat is too spicy for his taste) and was generally happy as we had dined at a few other places earlier in our vacation week and he was so disappointed with the lack of options available for him at other restaurants. I’d make Rocco’s a part of our annual trip to Delray!

Overall good food. However, after thoroughly explaining my allergy/celiac to the waiter, I was still brought flour tortillas for my main course. Luckily, I could tell that something was off due to the way they looked and smelled so I didn’t eat them. Called him over and he said, in fact, they were flour tortillas, and he would replace them with corn. Manager came over and comped us an appetizer. Just something to be aware of.

I got a burrito bowl with chicken and it was super yummy! They also have corn shells for their tacos. I felt safe and didn’t have a reaction but it isn’t a 100% gf place. Overall, I had a great experience and the food was delicious! Just make sure to either come early or make a reservation because this restaurant gets very busy!

Server understood celiac, and was knowledgeable about the chips (apparently they are fried first thing in the morning, before other glutenated foods are put in the fryer, so are apparently safe), and cheerfully checked on the enchilada sauce ingredients (both the red & green are gf). My food came out with a red allergen sticker on the plate. The tacos were good, but not amazing. There are a fair amount of vegetarian options. They make the guac right there at your table, so that's kinda fun. Friendly service, festive atmosphere. Would recommend.

Gf items were marked and delicious. Staff was knowledgeable. We loved it.
Gluten free and vegetarian - delicious! GF items are labeled on menu!
They now have GF items marked on the menu and dishes come out with a sticker confirming the order was checked! The chicken enchiladas are amazing.
The food was mediocre at best. I didn't get sick which is the most important thing but I didn't enjoy the food. Chips are not gluten free.

Waiter was very knowledgeable. Plates come out labelled as gluten free. Great experience.

The pollo tacos in the gf shell are amazing! The guacamole is good also, but the chips are not safe. I ate it with a spoon ;). Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to assist.
So delicious! Best tacos I've ever had and the chips and guacamole was great CHIPS ARE NO LONGER GF
Can make multiple dishes gluten free. Although chips were fried with gluten which is disappointing. Tacos were good. Vegetables were amazing. Had to order seconds of that side. Healthy and YUMMY!!!! Great outdoor seating in downtown delray. ❤
We actually tried El Camino per a local suggestion first, but ended up leaving because of their lack of knowledge about which of their foods was actually GF upon our arrival (this was despite me confirming ahead of making a reservation earlier that day). We felt very uncomfortable, so I did not eat there & we then came down to Rocco's where our server was diligent to go speak with the chef & provided us with sure answers about what I could & could not safely eat, which we greatly appreciated! I enjoyed their pork enchiladas & they were very yummy! Their sangria was also pretty good as well!

I've been in delray for 4 days and this is the first full and satisfying meal I've had. So many options and our server Adrianna was knowledgeable and lovely. Definitely an asset to this restaurant. In addition I used my Nima tester before eating and was happy to see the smile on the display! Definitely recommend to all celiacs!

Loved Rocco's! They have a dedicated fryer for the chips, so they are GF, which is such a treat! They were so good. No dedicated GF menu, but the staff was knowledgeable about what could be made GF and what couldn't. I ended up just going with taco's on their home made GF corn tortillas. So good and filling! But the waiter said that a lot of things can be made GF, so that just means I can go back! Yummy drinks too! They have mutliple locations, and all have the same menu and dedicated fryers :)
combo platter: generous portions blackened fish taco, shrimp taco and goat cheese spinach . staff took precautions to notify chef. plate marked with sticker for GF.

Tacos can be made on corn tortillas or flour tortillas. Let the staff know you have celiac or an allergy. Your plate will come out with an allergen tag. I eat here often and have never gotten sick. Great fun and lively atmosphere for a night out. Make sure to make a reservation ahead as the wait gets long

Love, Love, Love! I got the Birra Tacos and told my waiter that I had a gluten allergy, he was very considerate and understood and rest assured me that the kitchen takes allergies very seriously. My waiters name was Jose! The best!

My son got the wings. They were very tasty. I was told that their menu items are gluten friendly, not gluten free because there is flour in their kitchen. I was assured the wings are cooked on the grill.

Menu marked but chips aren’t safe for celiac. Tried it twice and was initially given flour tortillas both times. Food isn’t that good either - steak is poor quality and price is high.
