2023 update: they continue to do a great job with appetizers (kiddo loves the potato soup); toasted bread and entrees. They have added dessert options this year. The baked items use oat flour, which is clearly marked. We asked if it is GF certified oats and were told yes. There is ice cream available if GF oats are not tolerated.
I wanted to update my review. I spoke with the kitchen manager yesterday and they have strict protocols in place. They use a shared fryer and state that fried food is not safe for celiacs. We got carry out and they put my celiac family member’s order in a separate bag. I did not ask for that and appreciate the gesture.
Many menu items are available gluten free, including all the steaks and at least some bowls. They take great care to provide safe, typical Rocky Mountain food for celiacs.
Staff very knowledgeable about cc. They keep a dedicated toaster to warm GF bread and serve it with separate butter. Cajun shrimp app is GF. GF items on the kids menu. Several items on the regular menu, including chocolate mousse. We ate here twice during our vacation. Our child with celiac had no reaction other than being happy to have a full, multicourse meal out.
