I had the apple brisket nachos - there is a stall inside of King Club (section 121 photo included). They are gluten free and since they only serve the nachos, there is no chance of cross contact. The staff were helpful and the nachos were incredible!

Also don’t forget you are allowed to bring your own food into the park (soft cooler that is small enough to fit under the seat is regulation). To the previous review about gluten free beer you should be able to find Glutenberg ar select stalls (100 Level: 104, 109 500 Level: 513, 535) If you Google “Rogers Centre Gluten Free” you’ll get the full list of gluten free items you can find at each stall (nachos, popcorn, peanuts, beer etc).
