I had the Camarones Bohemios which was wonderful. Also had Rolondo’s Bananas for dessert. Staff seems knowledgeable and just about everything can be made gluten free.

Food is amazing! They can make anything on the menu GF. Be sure to tell the staff you have celiac. My waitress was very knowledgeable on celiac and able to point out where CC may be an issue. Their chips are made in a seperate fryer BUT they are flour chips. The waitress recommended their orange chips which are corn and made in a seperate fryer. I ordered one of the quesadillas and the waitress was sure to notate celiac on the ticket and speak with the kitchen. They make all GF options in a seperate pan. I called ahead to ask if food was just GF or celiac-safe. They let me know it was celiac safe and when I mentioned celiac to the waitress she knew exactly what I was talking about. It made me feel confident they were taking precautions.
I didn't get any gluten symptoms!
Note this is not your typical tex-mex place. Its more of a latin American fusion. Lots of Salvadorian food too.
