Food was really good (I hadn’t been here for a few years and since I was diagnosed with celiac)! The wait staff was very knowledgeable and a lot of the food is gluten-free or could be modified. Make sure you ask if it’s gluten-free versus celiac safe. For example, the fish and chips is gluten-free but it’s fried and a shared fryer.

Roots is one of our favorite date night restaurants. I’ve been able to safely eat there for years. The staff and cooks are very knowledgeable and can make most dishes gluten free.
