Review of Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

The manager printed us a gluten-free menu to review but said there was no dedicated kitchen space. This is a tortilla factory so flour is floating throughout the entire kitchen. We didn’t think it was worth the risk even though the staff tried to accommodate.
