You can find gluten-free menus on-line, and the tacos are tasty, *but* they have dipped the tortillas in the frying oil more than once and this is *definitely* not safe. If you have an allergy or intolerance, the risk of cross-contamination is pretty high.
Surprisingly good food quality from a chain. Could benefit from a menu which clearly indicated GF, but knowledgable and helpful staff.
Yes
The tacos w bacon in them = yum.
Several tacos can be made gluten free. Tasty and affordable.
Eat there every couple weeks I usually get the shrimp trio and swap out the flour tortilla I generally have good luck maybe one out of 10 times something will not settle with me but it's probably just from the griddle not getting the cleaning requested

We came in and asked if they use a shared fryer for their chips and fries with anything wheat and they said it is shared. We then asked for the gf menu which most have and they couldn’t find it. The shift lead was then telling us everything is cooked with wheat like the chicken and even the rice saying the rice goes in the fryer too which doesn’t even make sense. They just wanted us to leave and wanted no liability. So we had to leave. Don’t waste your time.

Has a gluten friendly menu, didn’t know what celiac was but were super helpful when I explained and they were super patient for me, used tinfoil for the tortillas but we will see if I have a reaction

I have been coming here for years so asked for gluten free menu this time. The person at counter had no idea but the manager pulled out a printout of nutritional guide . It is also on Rubio’s website. I ordered the grilled salmon bowl w citrus rice and seemed fine.
