Not knowledgeable but I ordered anyway and asked to change gloves. Although the first person said they did change their gloves, the bowl kept getting pushed down the line by people going straight from flour. Then the fish was added and touched by a guy who just made a burrito. After watching for a few minutes, there’s no way there’s no cross contamination. Got a refund.
They have gluten free items you just have to ask. Very filling and flavorful. This was my favorite place to eat before my allergy and I’m happy I can still go

They are aware of what product contain gluten or not. There is always a chance of cross contamination. They have gluten free (certified, packed) brownie!
Daughter is celiac. We always order in person here at this place and never online. She always gets the salsa verde shrimp taco combo on corn tortillas. We always advise cashier it’s for an severe gluten allergy and if they can notify cook to change gloves, clean surface and ensure they don’t heat up corn tortillas where flour tortillas were cooked. She just had the plate yesterday 2/6 with no reaction . They always have foil wrap tacos as well

I get the chicken chopped salad with no tortilla strips. Also if you get a taco I ask them to clean the grill. I got the shrimp gourmet taco with no reaction
Ordered mahi tacos online. I’ve ordered them in store before and they came with corn tortillas. This time I ordered Mango Mahi tacos. Those come with flour tortillas. Called the restaurant, they don’t care about special diets.
