Review of Ruby Tuesday

I wish I could give no stars! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES! Waitress was unknowledgable and Food was terrible! I am a frueqenter of the Gastonia NC restaurant (which is amazing def recommend if you're in the area) and I am on a first name basis with the manager there. First off I have food allergies. I let the server know while ordering. I ordered a gluten free burger with a loaded baked potato. My husband ordered a triple cheddar bacon cheeseburger and the bacon mac and cheese. Here is the order things happened in we waited for an hour for my food. My bun was frozen my potato was so cold that the butter wasn't even melted at all it was also frozen solid I ordered mustard on my burger then was informed (after taking a bite) that the mustard had yellow dye in it which I am allergic to so they had to take my burger away (which I was gonna eat regardless because I have low blood sugar and at this point my sugar was dropping) and make a fresh one then my husband got his food and realized that he didn't get anything but a bun with a burger patty! He made her take that back. she then came back with a burger with cheese on the patty and a few strips of bacon on top of that and the cheese was not cheddar! At this point we are both frustrated so we ask for the manager. She then comes over with the mustard canister and asked if we had a question about the mustard which she then informed me DIDNT have yellow dye at all so I could have kept my burger!! We explained what had happened that my husband's burger was wrong my potato was almost Icey bun was literally frozen and I'm starving. She gets them to make our food all over again which we have to wait another hour for!! By this point I feel sick to my stomach and like I'm going to pass out. They finally Bring our food our again and my husband's food is finally right. My food in the other hand was still messed up but at this point I didn't care. I asked for a medium burger it was literally burnt (see pictures). I have a hard time chewing and I literally had to pick huge pirces of Grissel out of my burger while chewing on it to be able to eat the burger also my potato was cold again. I would recommend never ever going here. The only good thing about this meal was that we didn't have to pay for it.
