They DO have a gluten free menu and even a bun, however, they have gone completely electronic. You have to use your own phone to get online (in the middle of the mountains) to view their gluten free menu. The servers are trained to use their own phones and bring up the menu for you (the site makes you use the location of the restaurant before you can view the menu on the phone...and who knows the zip code when you are just passing through? My sister couldn’t get the site to load on her phone at all). The problem with that scenario is we happened to have the only server who doesn’t carry a smart phone. He was smart (and kind) enough to go get his manager, who ultimately took our orders for us and helped him deliver our food. The food was good. The experience was frustrating (although not near as bad as Paula Dean), so I’m not sure if I can say the restaurant chain itself has make recent customer friendly decisions. The staff (manager mainly) was friendly and understanding (I did offer that we could leave without ordering when the waiter himself couldn’t help us...and that wasn’t a threat but more of an offer as he couldn’t help us)
This local chain said they could not support ordering gluten-free as the had changed their recipes and had not updated the gluten-free menu for allergens.
I had the avocado turkey burger w/out cheese on gluten free bun with a baked potato with tartar sauce on it. the avocado was underripe and puny and the baked potato was small and dry, but the burger was juicy and well-seasoned and it was mostly worth the money. I have gluten and casien intolerance and no reactions.

I have MSG and gluten intolerance. Last night I ordered from their allergy menu items allowed on both- grilled salmon, mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini. I awoke in the night with gut spasms that I get from gluten exposure. Good food & ,service. I think there was cross contamination in the grilling.

FYI, there is now a gf allergen menu! The loaded potato skins are on the gf menu, but they do flash fry them. So just ask that they bake them longer instead of flash frying them. 🥔🥓
Do NOT go here. They will serve you food that is unsafe and argue with you about it. Poor food handling protocol in general. Would not recommend for anyone. There is a website with neat features that shows you what you can have and with what substitutions for many dietary restrictions that I wish other places had. I was really excited for them because of the site. Whoops.
I wouldn’t eat here. The staff is not knowledgeable, the refused to check labels or ask the chef. They tell you to refer to the website but the website only lists what’s in the item like a piece of chicken not what they use to cook it in. Def not safe and staff is rude and unhelpful
They have an online menu. I ordered a GF cheese burger with GF Bun and broccoli. It was good.
Wait staff was not knowledgeable. Brought the wrong burger with regular bun and onion ring on top, when I told them that was the wrong burger they weren’t very concerned about it. Brought me out the correct one but I got very ill after eating it. I’m thinking they cross contaminated me by giving me the same side that was on the first plate with the wrong burger!
