They have gluten free buns and gluten free English muffins. Great service. Had avocado toast with English muffin.
Thus goes for ALL Ruby's diners. I asked to see a gluten free menu, they brought me out the ingredients listings for all their products. I was shocked to see, listed in big letters, on their burgers, CONTAINS WHEAT.
THE BURGERS ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE, EVEN THOUGH THRY OFFER GLUTEN FREE BUNS!!!!!!!
No
This particular Ruby's is terrible. I ordered a gluten free burger and they gave me a bun that was not gluten free. And I even asked the waitress are you sure this is the gluten free bun? And she assured me it was and I was sick for a solid two weeks because of it. LEARN HOW TO EDUCATE YOUR STAFF
No
no dedicated fryer!!! no matter what the manager says. our waitress was gf and she warned us against it. have them cook your meat in a separate pan or you get cross contamination
We used to LOVE their GF chicken fingers and fries as a family that rarely gets food like that. They took the GF chicken fingers off the menu.
GF buns still available.
Fries are GF in a fryer that is ONLY used for the GF fries.
— Excellent
Im being generous with my star rating because there are not a lot of options for us, meal-wise, at the airport. Ruby’s (though not marked on menu) has gluten free hamburger buns so you can get a burger or sandwich, or substitute for toast with your breakfast. They also offered to give me fruit instead of toast with my eggs which I appreciated.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
Though my server answered all of my questions and suggested options as the fries are not made in a separate fryer, I got sick immediately after eating here from cross contamination.

They’re not knowledgeable about celiac. The waitress said “My daughter used to have celiac and would get bad hives. But she outgrew it”. When asked if the chili was gluten free, she said “No because it has beef and beans”. She clearly did not know what she was talking about
Ended up playing it safe with the chicken Caesar salad which was surprisingly good.
