The fellow behind the counter who helped us, as well as the gentleman in the kitchen, were quite knowledgeable about gluten issues. I had an excellent guacamole burger on a gluten-free bun. The French fries are cooked in a separate fryer. I enjoyed my lunch and had no ill effects.

Very yummy burger and they had a separate fryer for fries.
Yes
They are very careful. This location also has a separate frier, so you can enjoy fries too!
Yes
They have gluten free buns and if you ask will make fries in their own pan to avoid cross- contamination. They also will make shakes separately and hand mix. We visit often and they are always very aware and careful even though they will tell you they can't promise no cross-contamination. My son has never gotten sick and he is extremely sensitive celiac
Yes
Very good, nice friendly staff. It was nice getting a hamburger without having to do a lettuce wrap. Would come again.
GF burgers were fantastic!
CRAZY GOOD burger on an Udi bun.
We used to LOVE their GF chicken fingers and fries as a family that rarely gets food like that. They took the GF chicken fingers off the menu.
GF buns still available.
Fries are GF in a fryer that is ONLY used for the GF fries.

Im being generous with my star rating because there are not a lot of options for us, meal-wise, at the airport. Ruby’s (though not marked on menu) has gluten free hamburger buns so you can get a burger or sandwich, or substitute for toast with your breakfast. They also offered to give me fruit instead of toast with my eggs which I appreciated.

Though my server answered all of my questions and suggested options as the fries are not made in a separate fryer, I got sick immediately after eating here from cross contamination.

They’re not knowledgeable about celiac. The waitress said “My daughter used to have celiac and would get bad hives. But she outgrew it”. When asked if the chili was gluten free, she said “No because it has beef and beans”. She clearly did not know what she was talking about
Ended up playing it safe with the chicken Caesar salad which was surprisingly good.
