My waitress was so dumb. She brought me French fries with my GF burger, although the menu says it comes with tomato slices or cottage cheese. The waitress comes back and I tell her and she asks whether I wanted the tomato slices or the cottage cheese, I said cottage cheese. She came back with tomato slices. She seemed to think nothing of it so I talked to the general manager.
Your typical diner food, located at the mall. Nothing is made in it's own gluten free area in the kitchen, so I don't recommend this place to people with severe gluten allergies.
No
The food was fine but I stupidly didn't ask if the gluten free breakfast sandwich was made away from the regular food. I can only assume not because I got a very painful reaction from it. If you are trying to avoid or cut down on gluten, I am sure this place is fine for breakfast. Not ok for breakfast if you have Celiac like myself.

yummy. I think they use udis gf bun. get any Burger u want with a gf bun
Gluten free Udi's buns with any burger you order, their fries are also gluten free.
Super yummy burger, gf buns and the fries have their own fryer, but this location was so hard to find. I lived in the area for a good few years and never bothered with this mall. As it turns out, there are no signs or maps anywhere and it's too much of a guessing game (especially for the craziness that is a sd Saturday night). I had to call and ask (inside the mall, across from AMC 20, park in the parking structure). Service was nice and friendly.
My husband became GF and we were both sad that we would not be able to eat Ruby's anymore. Their deluxe burgers are addictive! Now they have GF buns from Udis, along with their GF fries. I am not GF, but I order the GF bun because they are more fluffy and enjoyable than the regular buns! A Go-fit veggie deluxe burger with the Udis bun and fries with a vanilla coke on the side..... Mmmmmm good!
We used to LOVE their GF chicken fingers and fries as a family that rarely gets food like that. They took the GF chicken fingers off the menu.
GF buns still available.
Fries are GF in a fryer that is ONLY used for the GF fries.
— Excellent
Im being generous with my star rating because there are not a lot of options for us, meal-wise, at the airport. Ruby’s (though not marked on menu) has gluten free hamburger buns so you can get a burger or sandwich, or substitute for toast with your breakfast. They also offered to give me fruit instead of toast with my eggs which I appreciated.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
Though my server answered all of my questions and suggested options as the fries are not made in a separate fryer, I got sick immediately after eating here from cross contamination.

They’re not knowledgeable about celiac. The waitress said “My daughter used to have celiac and would get bad hives. But she outgrew it”. When asked if the chili was gluten free, she said “No because it has beef and beans”. She clearly did not know what she was talking about
Ended up playing it safe with the chicken Caesar salad which was surprisingly good.
