Review of Ruby's Inn Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room

I was able to find items in the buffet that were naturally gluten free (to my knowledge) but good here is mediocre at best and they aren't prepared to handle gluten free. The town as a whole isn't gf friendly. I'd pack in food for a day trip to Bryce Canyon.
