I ordered the potato salad, coleslaw, and Moist brisket which were reported to be gf.

They reported the cream corn, pulled pork, chocolate pudding and banana puddings have gluten.

I eat st Rudy’s often. I usually get the smoked potato with brisket and my son gets the moist brisket. We both have Celiac and have never had an issue.

My daughter had the turkey, corn on the cob ( which was over cooked for our taste ), and beans! No issues and the turkey was very good! The gave us a list of things that were ok, and things to avoid! Managers were very helpful with questions. Brisket, Turkey was very good and sauces all GF!!!

I went one year and got the pulled pork no bread and BBQ sauce, and potatoe salad. I got sick. This time I got chicken and coleslaw and BBQ sauce. I got so sick I had to go to the doctor.

Allergen list is available on their website, and most items are gf. Their bbq sauces are gf. Tasty, basic Texan bbq.

I love bbq and I'm glad that they have so many gf options. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. If they aren't sure about something being gluten free, their managers are.

I enjoyed this, I’m vegetarian so it’s hard to say. However I was advised the majority of the meat is gluten free. They will do clean chopping boards, knives and gloves if needed. I personally had a baked potato with coleslaw, I also tried the potato salad. It was delicious

Wasn’t terribly hungry so just requested two slices of the turkey breast and a small container of their coleslaw, both were indicated as gluten free. I did not feel good the next day, mild symptoms of being glutened. I believe there was some cross-contamination.

Rudy’s now has gluten free buns for their bbq sandwiches! They are very good and don’t fall apart which is a plus. All of their bbq sauces are also certified gf
