Review of RUKA

Terrible experience. Waiter had no idea what was going on, very few viable options. And the waiter was such a mess that he insisted to go check with the chef one item at a time, which meant that he ran back and forth from our table to the kitchen about 10 times, each time coming back to tell me that what I’d chosen wouldn’t work. It was embarrassing and put me in the spotlight and at the end of the day, the food was fine—not amazing, and expensive for the few, mediocre, heavily altered options we were offered. I’d have rather just had a bag of chips. Worst dining experience in Boston so far
