Review of Sabaku Sushi

An amazing find in the desert on vacation! Most of the menu is naturally gluten free, even the delicious tempura. They also have a dedicated GF fryer. Plus, they have a separate menu identifying items that HAVE gluten in order to avoid them. Our server was wonderful, especially with our ornery 6year old. Oh and the food is delicious! We had the mussel shooters, elk tataki, shrimp tempura, a few sushi rolls and all was excellent. We even went back a second time in five days by request of our 6 & 10 yr olds.
