Review of Sabaku Sushi

What a find! We stayed out playing a little longer than expected and ended up back in Moab at almost 9. We were thrilled this fantastic find was open, but even more thrilled with the menu!!! There wasn't a dedicated menu because pretty much everything is already gluten free. My Celiac kiddos were able to have their first gluten free tempura and my son loved the chicken katsu. We had appetizers, rolls, and entrees and everything was phenomenal.
