Have gotten sick every time I have eaten here. Three times. The third time my friend got it here and didn’t tell me. I don’t know why but I won’t eat here again.

Don’t know what happened but both times I went, I got glutened. Very disappointed because the staff is so nice and the food is delicious. I would say this place is not safe for someone with celiac disease.

We have been to this restaurant multiple times with a celiac person in our family. They are extremely careful and the food is lovely. They cook all dosas in a separate oven that is gluten free, are very careful about avoiding cross contamination, and will clearly mark “celiac” for the kitchen to be aware. There are a ton of options that are GF and also the rice has not caused any issues (some rice brands have cross contamination). We go here all the time and they are amazing!

I've visited Saffron Valley a handful of times since 2014 and always had a good experience. The servers are helpful but not overbearing, the food is delicious, and their recently-updated decor is beautiful. Great place for small groups. I recently had to switch to a gluten-free diet (non-celiac) and was thrilled to see that they have lots of gluten-free options clearly marked on the menu. (A few other dietary restrictions are clearly marked too, though I can't remember which ones for sure.) Saffron Valley never lets me down! It's reliably great, and I'm sure I'll be eating here for years to come.
