They don’t have a gluten free menu but the waiters seem to be very knowledgeable about celiac and what they referred to as “wheat allergy“. I ordered the sushi dinner and they alerted me to which parts had to be substituted because they contained tempura bits. They also brought me gf soy sauce and alerted me that the miso soup contained soy bean paste so it would be a personal choice if I wanted to eat it (I declined). Overall I felt very safe eating here and I will definitely be back!

This is my favourite sushi place in the area. They have been really good at ensuring my sushi is gluten free without having to skimp on quality. It is a little pricey but it is definitely worth it. They even sometimes have specialty fish shipped in from Japan. You just need to communicate with the servers what your wants are.
