I did the hibachi experience. I asked if they had any gf hibachi. The man told me they can make anything gf just to let the waitress know. I got the filet mignon with fried rice. The man cooking it let me know that he would be cooking my food first. They do cook everything on the same griddle. He did keep everything separate but he was moving my food around while cooking the hibachi noodle at the same time so there is cross contamination. He cooked all my food with gf soy sauce. I saw the bottle myself. If you are celiac I would ask them to cook it in the kitchen and you can still enjoy the show.

Had amazing GF hibachi here they had gluten free soy sauce let them know it was for a gluten allergy to make it easier to understand just couldn’t have the dressing with the salad
