Great experience every time. I have been about 5 times now. They repeat back Gluten at each step and change gloves.

Had the Breakfast Bowl for breakfast this morning and I have to say.... OH MY GOD!! It was the best breakfast thing I've ever eaten in my life! I cannot wait to try the salads! I love that there's a lot of GF options. So fast, fresh and convenient! My new favorite place in the world!

They have an app that you can easily designate celiac. Almost all the menu is gluten free (including the dressings). Salads are about $6 and are fairly large.

This is one of my favorites. Fast, cheap, healthy, and gluten free. Hard to find that combination anywhere. All salads can be made gluten free. And dressings are all gluten free.

Asked the server for a salad for someone with a severe gluten allergy and they asked, "No croutons, then?" I asked them to also change their gloves and they reiterated at the window that they had been careful and changed their gloves. Yet the salad was filled with croutons.
