I just found out that I am celiac and this was the first gluten free place where I went. Almost all the “pâtisseries” are gluten free, although they are placed near other gluten food (I am not sure about the crossed contamination).

The gluten-free options that I tested were delicious (framboise-pistache and rose). The space was comfy and the workers were really nice.

Pastelería con productos con y sin gluten. Los pasteles y pastas sin gluten están identificados con un punto verde. Están todos en el mismo espacio. Están exquisitos.

Yummy sweets to choose from. No reaction. It is a mixed gluten and GF bakery though. We returned several times while in Toulouse.

Tons of gluten free items labeled by green dots. Some of the best pastries I’ve ever had. Couldn’t find much on the allergy precautions but seemed okay via TripAdvisor so risked it!

Update: ate here 3 times on my trip and was never sick! apparently they use potato starch! Chef was very friendly.
