Tons of gluten free items labeled by green dots. Some of the best pastries I’ve ever had. Couldn’t find much on the allergy precautions but seemed okay via TripAdvisor so risked it!
Update: ate here 3 times on my trip and was never sick! apparently they use potato starch! Chef was very friendly.
