At surface the staff appeared to be very knowledgeable about handling a gluten-free customer, especially one with Celiac. Unfortunately when my food came out and I had a couple of bits, I realized something was wrong. They had put a special chip on my plate that was fried in a cross contaminated fryer. At this point it was too late to rectify the situation. Management tried to help but nothing could be done expect not charge me for my meal.
