DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU
HAVE AN ALLERGY OR CELIAC.
I asked questions to our server, who then had the owner come out and talk to me. She gave some recommendations on what I was interested in and said she’d speak to the staff to make it clear it was a gluten free order. She kept referring to items ‘dipped’ in cross-contaminated frying oil as gluten free friendly not gluten free. 🙄 I ordered nothing fried and what she said could be made in a separate pan. My meal came out with the rest of my party’s food with flour tortilla tostada on top of it. The owner offered to remake the meal I ordered but I was too nervous at that point. I asked if I could order their basic corn tortilla street tacos, just meat, onion and cilantro - it was DEAD in the restaurant and it took 30 minutes for them come out - the tortillas were mushy and not cooked through. My party had finished eating already and I was hangry so I sucked it up and ate them. It was BAD. We had to pay for both meals also. I had a bad reaction and symptoms the next few days from the tacos.
The owner seemed to pride herself on their options and making it safe but this establishment has no business saying anything is gluten free/celiac safe unfortunately.

Staff takes allergy orders seriously. They use special processes to grill corn tortillas, and dedicated pan in some cases on stove top, to ensure no cross contact with other items. You can order almost anything on the menu gluten free. They also have a gluten free enchilada sauce, or queso for certain items. The salsa is all fresh made every morning, and gluten free. They have gluten free alcohol beverages as well for the bar customers. Ask your server about any gluten free items.
