I get salt and light pretty frequently and usually they are very good with cross contamination. However, the last time we ordered from them and my husband went to pick it up my (gluten free) food and his (gluten) food were put in the same packaging. Unfortunately, my husband did not say anything to them so I could not eat it when he brought it home (he is less comfortable making special requests from restaurants than I am). However, knowing the restaurant, if he had asked I have no doubt they would have given me a different piece in its own box. I get sick when I even touch a crumb and so far (apart from this one incident) I have been safe eating there.

One of my favorite places around to get a sandwich! Recently started using a new GF bread it’s delicious! Also have GF donuts every first Saturday of the month. Just wish they were open every day!

Great spot for breakfast or lunch! Very tasty food and always trying new things that are gluten free- they even had gluten free donuts in the past! You can tell everything is homemade. The staff is very careful and knowledgeable about allergies. Everyone here is so nice!

I was so excited to have breakfast here and it is an adorable cafe. While they said all the right things and seemed like they could handle my simple order of drip coffee and pancakes, nothing else something went terribly wrong.
After a couple bites, I tell my husband, “these taste like real pancakes! I’m worried that they taste too good!” Last words that will live in infamy. Before I could even finish the stack, I was having a reaction.
Ruined our breakfast with friends, ruined our visit to New England and now I have a rash.
They did apologize and insisted they had been careful, even refunded us for our whole meal. I’m not sure if I would give them another chance but others have only ever loved it?

I wasn’t sure that this spot would be worth the short drive from RT2 but I was starving and wanted breakfast. SO worth it! The Vegan hash was flavorful and filling and the GF toast with homemade jam was also perfect. Very knowledgeable staff, asked if I had celiac, and prepared my food separately. I highly recommend it!

Best breakfast I've had in the twenty years since diagnosis. Lemon mascarpone pancakes with real VT maple syrup, fresh blueberries & a generous side of bacon perfectly crisped, with a real Flat White. Most places that do GF pancakes use a mix that tastes powdery and doesn't have much body, so I usually get eggs or omelette. This offering was freshly made by adapting the original recipe, much as I would in my own kitchen. Can't wait to go back to try brunch.

This was seriously the most amazing breakfast we have ever had. They can make the whole menu gf and are very well versed in cross contamination and celiac. My son said they were the best pancakes he ever had. Super friendly staff and very cute decor. A must try!!!!!!
