they did have a gluten free menu. however, they do have a shared frier so you can’t have anything fried. the menu says they do have gluten free flour so they could make fried things but they don’t have a shared frier so it’s a little ironic. i got the caesar salad with grilled chicken and it wasn’t great and had no flavor. very expensive too. the restaurant is cute and doable, i just think there are much better places in st aug to eat.

Update 05/2023
Came here because friends were. Did not bring my child, I’m also way more able to voice my needs than when we were first diagnosed. Beware that items on the gluten free menu are not gluten free due to a shared fryer. Both salad dressings also contain gluten but they disclose that on their gluten free menu saying it has yeast extract and caramel color. I ordered what I knew would be safe and did not get glutened. Don’t trust the gluten free menu.
2018:
We’ve eaten here twice and both times my son and I got glutened. We were very very sick. We won’t be coming back. If you have celiac do not eat here unless you want to be vomiting for 3 days.

Delicious! Grilled Parmesan oysters were incredible, so was the chowder and Mexican sushi roll.

They had a separate gluten free menu with lots of options. Our waitress seemed knowledgable, and she made sure the chef and kitchen staff knew that I needed strictly gluten free when preparing my food. I had the blackened red snapper and grilled veggies. It was great, and I did not get sick (I am celiac)! I would definitely go back!

Popular and new restaurant and bar with decks across A1A from Embassy Suites. Has a gluten-free menu with a number of salad, blackened fish and sushi items. The chili lime grilled mahi-mahi with fresh vegetables was good. My husband had the seafood boil and liked it. Serving continuously from lunch on.

Have a GF menu. Ordered the GF shrimp, came with potatoes and corn (kind of similar to low country boil). Shrimp were ok. Nothing to write home about. No reaction so I do believe they have safe practices.

I did not actually eat here yet, but I had read in some of the comments that they have delicious fries and a dedicated fry fryer. We stopped in today to ask about/confirm that and they said they used to but they don’t anymore. So, just a heads up, they only have 1 type of fryer now and it is NOT gluten-free!

Fun place! Separate gf menu! Knowledgeable staff! Had a fantastic burger, fries and salad! Yum!
St Augustine Bch, I ate sushi (gluten free) which I am very sensitive to cross contamination, I was very disappointed, got severely glutenized!!! I will NEVER eat there again! Celiacs do yourself a favor don’t go there!! Staff was excellent

Returned after a bad experience 2 years ago when the GF menu was new. St Aug beach location. Busy Saturday night. What a difference. Menu is clearly marked where GF. Dedicated Fryer. Our server Lexi was knowledgeable and confident. Had 2 sushi rolls for dinner. Excellent taste and freshness. I asked to see the soy sauce bottle. Lexi brought out Kikkoman GF soy sauce option. Appetizer of GF fries was big and very good. Liked everything so much we returned again for lunch. That time a GF Caesar salad came with a cup of croutons on the plate. Server apologized. I removed them and did not get sick. Recommended.

They do have a GF menu, but limited offerings on it. They do have GF buns for their sandwiches and the fries are in a dedicated fryer. The grilled fish sandwich (Mahi mahi) was fabulous. Our first server wasn’t very knowledgeable, so we requested a manager. Overall I was pleased with the meal. I am not celiac so I cannot address whether it is celiac safe or not.
Wife (celiac) had no issues and a range of options. Great waitstaff.

I had the grilled catch of the day and sticky rice. Being a sensitive celiac, I wanted to eat safely the night before my plane trip home. If I’m back in the area again, I’d definitely go back because there were several other items on the GF menu I’d love to try. My non-celiac husband loved his fish sandwich and grilled vegetables.
Yes
Fries had batter chunks in it. The fish sandwich was flavorless and blah. Got sushi as well which was good but oddly warm.... was told, “we have no gluten free menu at this time” but it was still available online. Cool experience I guess but got glutened so there’s that.

We have eaten here a number of times and the staff has always been extremely knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Excellent gluten free options and a dedicated fryer for French fries.
Yes
One copy of a GF menu. Server didn’t know much about it, but order came out correctly and food was pretty good. Not great, but all were safe.
Yes
Only good thing is the extensive GF menu, got the fish sandwich and fries, fish sandwich was dry and I definitely got glutened (likely from the fries I’m guessing) as I am not even home yet and I am I’m agonizing pain, do not recommend if you are highly sensitive to cross contamination like me
Fun atmosphere. Nice GF menu with detailed info re ingredients and safe food certifications. Dedicated fryer. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Yes
Place has a GF menu! Our guac came out the first time not GF (pita chips stuck in it) but they fixed it no problem. I wouldn’t go out of my way for the food but they have a dedicated fryer!
Yes
Gluten free menu and dedicated fryer! Had the burger and fries. I give it a 4 because the wait staff was pretty rude.
Yes
They do have a dedicated fryer, and the fries were good. They have gf menu. The were accommodating too my son and fixed the Mahi sandwich without a bun. No gf bun.
Food was delicious. Gluten free menu. Staff was knowledgeable. Separate fryer for fries. It was very busy so it took quite a while to get our food. Loved the live music and atmosphere.
Yes
Good food and fun environment, but it’s a very long wait to get in.
Ate here twice while vacationing. Menu clearly marked and informative - even includes dressing ingredients! Food delish, vibe great, and wait staff knowledgeable. Get the fries - you won’t regret it!

We truly enjoyed eating here on out vacation. We enjoyed eating here so much that we are here for dinner twice. They have a dedicated fryer and their fries were so good. You have to ask for a gf menu but the menu is very well done and had plenty of choices. Me and my girls have gluten and dairy allergies and they were able to accommodate us with no problems. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Every time they brought out our plates they made sure to say that is was gf. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
Yes
They do have a separate GF menu. I am also allergic to soy so my choices were more limited but our waitress was awesome. She verified the ingredients on the GF bun and subbed avocado for mayo. Will go again!
Definitely gluten-friendly. Dog-friendly deck, GF menu that explains their process. Decent selection on menu, too - sushi, burgers, soups. Can y’all come to St. Pete Beach?
Yes
Amazing service and food. Dedicated fryers for fries. Lots of tasty options for GF!!! Highly recommend
Murrah, our server, was well trained and assuring with answers to questions concerning gluten free. The back of the GF menu was very impressive with information about gluten. They even gave the ingredients for their balsamic dressing. I always order very simple foods the first time in any restaurant just to be safe. The blackened Mahi with vegetables that I had was delicious and the ambiance was great. I felt completely safe and had a wonderful dinner on the roof top.

Nicole was such a great waitress! Very knowledgeable and understood menu. Many options & did not get sick. Bun was fluffy and soft. Fries in dedicated fryer.
Yes
what I had was gf but I was disappointed with the taste and food..
I think I had salad but was happy with it
Yes
Chicken sandwich is good, bun is meh, I think it's Udi's, crumbles pretty badly. The Mexican sushi roll is FANTASTIC!!!!! They are very accommodating here with such a large separate gluten free menu.
Yes
They have a dedicated glue fee menu with a decent selection. Cool atmosphere.

My visit was on 8/17/16 and they had just rolled out their new gluten free menu the day before. The GF menu was pretty extensive, apps, salads, sushi, burgers/chicken sandwiches and full meals which included fish and steak. They have a dedicated fryer and also on the back of the menu state their allergen practices and prevention of cross contamination, also stating that all the spices used are certified gluten free. I got a chicken sandwich and fries and they were both really good, it was so great to be able to order fries for once! It was a treat for sure! I like when any server who brings the food to the table to verify that the meal they are giving me is gluten free but they didn't do that here, so I had to ask to be sure myself. I did email the restaurant and made that suggestion to them. I had no issues after eating here and will go back!
