There is Couscous on the menu labeled as Gluten Free (not gluten free modification, but truly just *already GF). I asked anyway if they substitute the couscous to make it gluten free, the folks behind the bar said "couscous is gluten free. We use a gluten free couscous. Our chef is an allergy specialist." Ummmm, couscous is a type of wheat, so I've lost faith in how gluten free the labeled options truly are. Cross contamination probably likely if the employees are assuming couscous is gluten free.
