They had a gluten sensitive menu available. She made sure to notify the cook and managers when placing my order to ensure proper safety was followed while preparing my food.

I called and asked if they had a gluten free menu. I was sent to another person, who then looked for one and couldn’t find one. She directed me online which there isn’t one there either.

Wow!!! I am celiac and dining out can be both depressing and a chore. Not here! When we walked in I asked the hostess if they had a GF menu and she brought one. When our server came to the table he immediately spotted the GF menu and was ready to go with GF suggestions, including the most wonderful GF “house” bread (complimentary like their regular bread). Best GF bread I have had anywhere! Entire meal was so pleasant and perfect. I had zero reaction and I am extremely sensitive. I will be back as often as I can afford to be!
Yes
I’m gluten and lactose free. They can not accommodate if you are lactose free. I asked for oil for my baked potato and was given oil with vinegar in it. If you don’t mind stomach cramps and diarrhea for hours you will enjoy eating at this restaurant.
No
I got Caesar salad from their gluten free menu. I got a bowl of Caesar salad that had obviously had the croutons picked out. Obvious because they missed some.
I'm gluten free and came here because 1) the have a nice GF menu and 2) it was right next door to my hotel. Food was great! They only thing I wasn't totally thrilled about was the service. I sat at a table in the bar and it took a good 5-7 minutes for someone to come greet me and ask me what I wanted to drink. Service was very slow, it took my food a long time to come out. Once I was one I sat there another 10 minutes before I got my check.
Again, the food is really good, just make sure you have plenty of time.
Love this place, never have had a reaction.
Our server was very knowledgable. They have a separate GF menu. As do most restaurants, it does have a warning about cross contamination, but they do take special precautions. The GF bread at the beginning of the meal was a treat! We had great food without any problems.

Fairly knowledgeable staff. I was pleasantly surprised with GF bread! I had a great meal with no problems.
We ate here tonight (January 3, 2015). They have a gluten free menu and brought it out immediately upon request. Their menu does state that cross contamination is possible. The menu I used in the restaurant is the same one I found online before coming in. Everything was served as requested and our waitress seemed very knowledgable and accommodating.
This Saltgrass does NOT have a gluten free menu. In fact the manager told me that corporate told them to stop handing out the GF menus they used in the past. Server had little knowledge - told me to "avoid croutons and breaded stuff." Manager was more helpful but still a limited menu and too many "it should be ok..." Will not return.
Great food just don't order the bread or the fried things. Other than that they're a great place to eat!
Good place to eat. They take allergies seriously. Large selection of gluten-free items.

I ordered ribs with mashed potatoes and salad from their GF menu. The waitress was very helpful and checked on dressings for me.

Had a dedicated gf menu with lots of options. Even brought out gf bread and butter. Good service and food was good. Had a steak and grilled shrimp with wedge salad and baked potato. Yum
