They were absolutely amazing about ensuring my whole order was gluten free. We got a to-go order and they assured us multiple times that me and my husbands order were safely separated!

We eat here regularly with our 12 year old who has celiac. They take precautions, offer GF bread and amazing steaks. As long as you advise them that you need them to manage your allergy they will take care of you.

The reviews were great so I tried it. Gf bread served at the table. Had “gluten sensitive” menu and that should have been my clue. Has a delicious salad no crouton. Chicken not basted as suggested on the menu and a potato. Waiter med to know a lot, but I am now sick.

I have a 9 year old with Celiac. He likes the burger. They take care to treat it as needed. Been here 4-5 times without having cross contamination.

I've been here a few times (when I'm in town for work). Always enjoy Saltgrass. Great steaks! They do have a separate GF menu. And my waiter said they take allergies & celiac very seriously. Manager introduced himself & assured me they would take good care in the kitchen.

We had the best experience and our server was so knowledgable. They even served us heated gf bread like all of the patrons receive. It felt like a normal dining experience. Super thrilled and the food was so good! Even have 3 kids meal options too!

Very accommodating to people who need to eat and drink gluten free. The waitstaff is very knowledgeable and what they don't know they'll ask.

This is definitely the best gluten friendly steakhouse in the area. They have a fairly large gluten free menu and of course they have a lot of steaks to choose from. I don't have immediate symptoms when I eat gluten like most celiacs do but so far I haven't seen any adverse affects.

When we ordered, spoke with out server about my being Celiac. He assured me they would take all precautions to ensure no cross contamination. Had a wonderful dinner and NO, I did NOT get sick! Thank you!!!

Had a dedicated gf menu with lots of options. Even brought out gf bread and butter. Good service and food was good. Had a steak and grilled shrimp with wedge salad and baked potato. Yum
