Our sever/manager/kitchen staff was amazing at handling our food. I informed our sever that I have celiacs and he went to the manger/kitchen staff and informed them. An assistant manager came to our table and informed us that the general manager was over seeing our food in the kitchen. He said the serves go through training on allergies but the management gets a more extensive training and they have different colored utensils for cooking the different foods. Also the tequila is added in later with the frozen margaritas so we can add a 100% agave tequila and have it!
