Our waitress was nice but clearly untrained in what celiacs disease is. The manager came by and realized this and took over but he wasn't much better. He said a fried appetizer which is in their gluten sensitive menu would be fine but upon further questioning it was discovered there is no dedicated frier. They simply scoop out any visible contaminants, (should have been my clue to leave). I ordered steak and a potato, it was very good, but I had a reaction.
