Honestly… it was food, it was fine. Nothing amazing stood out about it. Nothing was bad about it either. They were busy, server did what she had to do and nothing else. No one got sick (3 celiacs) so I would call it a fine experience.

On our cross-country trip, we got takeout. I ordered a rib-eye steak and mashed potatoes off the "Gluten-Sensitive" menu, which was good. I had no issues.

What a delightful find! Our waiter brought us gf buns in place of the regular bread ( served with honey butter). I had Gulf Coast steak with grilled shrimp, baked potato and salad with ranch. Delicious!

We had an amazing experience , separate GF menu, knowledgeable staff and even brought out GF bread for my son before the meal. He got shrimp and baked potato. He never felt sick

They cleaned the grill before cooking my steak, the brought out gluten free bread before the meal, and were very cautious with my food. Really the best steak I have had in a long time.

Separate GF menu and careful wait staff. Warm GF Udi’s bread w/ olive oil for dipping. Easy to request DF food too.

We had such a good experience we went twice on our vacation! Their gf bread is AMAZING! My kiddo and I both have Celiac so eating out is so scary especially so far away from home!! I highly recommend this one!

Wow what a great meal I had. Being celiac I know I'm safe with steak and potatoes. Their menu was well marked with GF options. But the flavor wad just great. Highly suggested.

Our waitress was nice but clearly untrained in what celiacs disease is. The manager came by and realized this and took over but he wasn't much better. He said a fried appetizer which is in their gluten sensitive menu would be fine but upon further questioning it was discovered there is no dedicated frier. They simply scoop out any visible contaminants, (should have been my clue to leave). I ordered steak and a potato, it was very good, but I had a reaction.

I really liked it. I had the steak k-bob with green beans and French fries. The green beans were great. The waitress was awesome and nice. They have a dedicated fryer for French fries I would recommend this place to anyone GF and DF.

I thought it was exceptional! Our waitress was very knowledgeable & friendly. She offered gluten free bread to my son. I tried it with honey butter & it was really good. I ordered shrimp 2 ways with sweet potato & salad. It was all delicious & the portions were very big. My son ordered the steak kabob with fries (dedicated fryer!) & green beans. He was very satisfied!

Found a battered crispy under my fries. Called and they said they had gluten free chicken nuggets so I continued to eat. There is no way they were gluten free. I'm so sick. Don't go here if celiac.

Great food! Was a little worried when talking with waiter. I asked about separate fryers...and he said that they were...but I couldn't have fries because they aren't on the gluten-free menu. But they ARE on the menu...so I wasn't sure what to think about that. But I guess he was just being overly cautious??? Either way I had the steak and grilled shrimp and it was delicious. No ill effects. One happy celiac! :)

Great experience at Saltgrass. They offer a full gluten-free menu. I enjoyed a 6 oz. filet, hold the butter (I am also dairy-free) and crispy onion strings. All of their veggies are marinated in butter, so I opted instead for a baked sweat potato without any toppings. The steak was great, however, my husband was not very happy with the chicken (frozen??). I guess you shouldn't expect great chicken from a steakhouse. For the price and the overall experience, I would highly recommend this restaurant.
