Amazing!! Everything was GF if someone wants gluten they make THAT in a designated place! I had GF Beer and a sushi crunch roll..chef and originator of the idea has a celiac wife and gets it ! Go give them business and they will give you a very enjoyable, relaxing, and safe meal!

Fantastic GF options, from wraps to sushi and a GF dessert. Including tempura sushi. Very thoughtful staff and a great experience overall. Highly recommend a stop (and they have a small dog friendly patio)

Had the western wrap there and husband had Chicken wrap. Both were so good and big enough we each could only eat half. Owner’s wife is celiac and he came out and explained that everything there is gf , but if you want a regular wrap he has a specific place to prep those. Tempura flakes can be added to sushi if requested. He makes every effort to accommodate gf .

If you have not stopped by this place you have no idea what your missing. Vacationing a with a celiac child is scary and stressful normally we just cook at the condo. UNTIL NOW!!!!! have eaten here 3 times now everything can be made gluten free and they have devoted equitment. We met chef Jason and apparently he is a expert in dietary and celiac as many of his family members are celiacs. He said that's why he created the concept a safe place to eat for celiac tourists. A must try for everyone!

The old chef from colinz opened this place up. It's a glutenfree eatery everything is gluten free!!!!. They have gf fried sushi!!

Just opened and all I can say is this place is beyond amazing! The entire menu can be made gluten free, and most is gluten free to begin with. Chef Jason’s wife has celiac and he is extremely knowledgeable. The owner is super sweet and always has a great smile. I personally tried the trash can nachos with shrimp, which are fried in a dedicated fryer. They were amazing! They also have gluten free sushi that is made fresh. They can also fry sushi in the dedicated fryer. Will definitely be coming back!
