Just opened and all I can say is this place is beyond amazing! The entire menu can be made gluten free, and most is gluten free to begin with. Chef Jason’s wife has celiac and he is extremely knowledgeable. The owner is super sweet and always has a great smile. I personally tried the trash can nachos with shrimp, which are fried in a dedicated fryer. They were amazing! They also have gluten free sushi that is made fresh. They can also fry sushi in the dedicated fryer. Will definitely be coming back!
