Stopped by while visiting one of the universities in town. They almost always have GF macarons and gluten free bread for sandwiches. I had two macarons and coffee. They were really good, and they primarily stock Onyx and Mountain Bird coffees. (Onyx is one of the top 5 roasters in the US, and their baristas compete internationally. Mountain Bird has been producing a lot of quality coffees, the last few years. Both are near my home.)
A good option for breakfast or lunch, in an area the historically hasn’t offered much.

Samantha’s holds a place near my heart. As a college students who is GF and doesn’t have a lot of options in Arkadelphia, Samantha’s is a very good choice (and really the only choice). They have macaron which are always GF, GF bread, GF chips, and sometimes they have GF chocolate chip scones. I suggest getting the Turkey Chipotle on Gf bread with potatoes and one of their macarons. They are also very good about but sensitive options and lactose sensitive options. They have different milk options and different cookies to choose from if you have a nut allergy. They are ALWAYS very nice and can answer any question you have for them. The owners husband is GF and LF so the owner understands the struggle for her family. I definitely recommend Samantha’s Bakery and Cafe!
