Review of Sammy's Pizza & Restaurant

Offer gluten free pizza. They take precautions to ensure no cross contamination. The pizza is not prepared in a dedicated facility, but I have Celiacs and do fine eating there. I double check their steps, to remind the staff the importance of "Free" in Gluten Free. As of Nov 25, I was informed they use a new vender for their crust. I was a little concerned they used an old pizza pan (I was assured it was clean) and cut the pizza (on the pan and with dedicated pizza cutters) on the same counter as the other pizzas. I watched and didn't see any issues, but was still hesitant. Note: the pizza is cooked in a separate oven and the younger staff assured me they take GF very seriously.
