Review of Samovar Tea Lounge

The tea was lovely sitting on the garden terrace this morning. Was disappointed to learn the waffles are not Gf :( but did have a WONDERFUL China pudding w fruit, honey & candied nuts that was well worth it. Not an everyday spot... 21$ breakfast for one pre tip.
