Review of San Angel Inn

I was quite worried about this meal as on the My Disney Experience app didn’t offer a gluten allergy friendly menu. However, our server (Nash), gave me lots of options that could not only be gluten free but also vegetarian. I ended up having corn tortillas, guacamole, cheese queso, and salsa to start and then a vegetable and cheese quesadilla with rice and green beans. I skipped on dessert however it sounded like there was loads of options. I saw on previous reviews that they had to opt for corn tortillas however now I think everything is made from corn tortillas and they just need to be careful with cross contamination as the fish has gluten in it. Incredible service and the atmosphere was wonderful!!!
