Now called Ladle & Leaf. Still here, and still with a nice assortment of gluten-free soups, including a gluten-free New England clam chowder which is delicious! Most things are labeled with dietary restrictions: GF, DF, Vegan for example. They now also have a big veggie and grain bowl bar, where you can get big salads or bowls with quinoa or other grains and veggies.
Yes
absolutely NOT safe!!! was cutting up bread right next to the open soups and then used those same gloves to handle the soup cups.
There is cross contamination here. I saw the person behind the counter ladling soup into bread bowls, letting the ladel come in contact with the bread, and putting the ladles back in the soup. I feel lucky that I got out of line and order anything so as to not get glutened.
No
Soups change daily but are marked with a "G" on the menu!
I saw the older reviews saying bread was right in with the soups but when I went it was well separated. All but one of their soups are GF.
Yes
Like other people said, bread was close to the soups. Closer than I would like. But it was a long day and I was very hungry and options were limited. I took a chance on split pea soup and was pleased that I felt great afterwards. I have celiac and I am very sensitive to cross contamination so I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't get sick. The soup was delicious and if in a pinch again I would eat there again.
gluten free listed on items. but bread is right near all the soups!
No
Crumbs all around the soup area. They were confused when I pointed out the cross contamination. Not going to risk it.
Several soups that were GF. All are very clearly marked on the men board on the wall. I had the southwestern corn chowder. It was delicious. My daughter got my roll. (ha ha) We happened to have some tortilla chips in our carry on so I had those with the soup. It would be great if they could have something like that, prepackaged, to go with the GF soups. But really it was fine. It was a real treat, as it was delicious and safe. I'm a sensitive celiac and had no reaction.

So, I must just have bad luck or something but I looked at their list of available GF options. Told the lady I would like the clam chowder soup since it said it was GF. She gives me southwestern corn chowder, which wasn't on the list. I bring it back and she literally starts yelling at me that "it's clam chowder! That's what it say here!!! You're wrong!!" (the soup is all corn with red bell peppers..) I just can't believe how angry she was at ME! Terrible.. couldn't even get my money back and had to throw it away.

soups were clearly marked gf, lots of choices, & delicious.
easy to see what soups are gf. bread wasn't gf but the soup was very good. I had the chowder :)
i haven't had soup in years! !! very favorful, several choices
Clearly marked GF, vegan, etc. Tomato Bisque is creamy, well seasoned, and delicious.
Multiple soups to choose from. Great to have options. Southwestern Corn Chowder was pretty good.
Yes
Great flavor, very clearly marked gf and vegan too
Based on the previous review, I was nervous about cross contamination, but we did not see any bread bowls or crumbs around the soup containers. They had a basket of bread that was available at the end of all of the soup. Soup is all labelled by allergen (GF, DF, etc). We had the chili and the chicken tortilla soup and were safe (these were the 2 soups that also happened to be farthest from the bread). We also had a prepackaged side salad with balsamic dressing. Landing in an airport and having limited choices (and being very hungry!) we were grateful this was available. We are VERY sensitive and were fine.
Yes
No gluten free bread
Yes
Their soups are marked GF however staff has no idea about cross contamination or how to handle GF food. I had a salad and a soup and It didn't get sick but you have to be very careful with what you chose to eat from here.
No
Not very knowledgable staff, everything is exposed to potential cross contamination however I tried a corn chowder and a Cobb salad and I did not get sick.
No
Tomato soup was delicious, soups are clearly labeled GF
