Review of Sans Gluten Artisan Bakery

I was in Rhode Island to visit the Wicked Tulip Farm and checked Find me gluten free to see if there was anything in the area. I decided to stop at Sans Gluten to see what they had. I was immediately greeted by the owner, a very kind gentleman. He said this must be your first time as he must have seen my eyes light up at the bakery case. He sliced me a piece of coffee cake to sample while he explained that most of his family had food allergies and that after trying what was offered gluten free at the time in stores and restaurants his wife decided it just didn’t taste good enough and tried baking some things her self. He had me at the coffee cake sample but after he listed all of their products I stopped dead in my tracks at gluten free eclairs. If he didn’t just get through telling me his entire store was gluten free I wouldn’t have believed him. I bought the last 2 eclairs along with a cinnamon roll, cupcake and muffins. Everything was incredible. They also do specialty cakes, cheesecake and donuts on the weekend. I will definitely be back for more!
