Georgian cuisine has a good range of dishes that don't contain any gluten just by recipe. Here they also have gluten free khinkali and khachapuri - the only chain in Moscow to do so - and as much as I appreciate the effort, the thick, fast-drying dough doesn't come very close to the real thing. *Sigh*. But that's as close to traditional Georgian as you get. Service is average. Should ask whether it's celiac friendly, but I honestly doubt it.
Friendly staff, various GF dishes.

This is a Georgian restaurant chain in Moskow. Staff is well informed, everything tastes great, they now all details about gluten-free meals for celiacs (like gluten free hachapuri being packed separately from the normal one) without needing a note. A lot of food suitable for celiacs. They also own Vai Me cafes, which serve gluten free food, too.

No gluten free menu but there are several delicious bread and dumpling dishes that make gluten free for an extra charge. Hard to find in Russia!
This is the only place that I know of where you can get gluten free hachipuri - and sometimes kinkalni. Everything was delicious. This is also the only place I know that has any specifically gluten free items available. They have 3 locations in Moscow.
