This place is unbelievable! 100% Gluten- Free French cuisine. Dedicated GF kitchen. They bake their signature bread, waffles and other things from tuber and root flours. After having been diagnosed Celiac last year, I've been avoiding restaurants. Even at Celiac friendly restaurants cross contamination is very common. Finally, I can order anything on the menu with my eyes closed. On our visit every bite was exquisite!! We started with the French onion soup and our minds were blown! The Paleo bread was amazing. The beet salad was wonderful!! The bruschetta was delicious. My husband had the liver and onions and said that he will be back for more. That's quite an endorsement! I had the vegetable Napoleon and knew in an instant- I was experiencing something truly wonderful. Everything had so much flavor, but light and beautiful! It really was an experience to eat here. We took home a creme brulee and a loaf of Paleo bread. We recommend this place not only for anybody with sensitivity to Gluten, but to anyone who likes to eat well and healthy.
