One of my favorite places for sushi, also a great variety of Korean BBQ and I’ve ordered many items off of the menu without any issues. After switching owners it can be hit or miss, I make sure to ask a lot of questions

Many ingredients that have easily obtainable GF alternatives they have not bothered to acquire (Kimchi, soy) and therefore even the things that are listed on the menu as GF are further limited (you cannot get beef bibimbop because of the soy they use in all of their beef dishes). I spoke with the owner because I wanted to inquire as to what part of what I ordered was not possible to have GF (since the menu says GF available) and even after his server called him over to answer my questions he opted for cleaning the table next to mine first, then came over to lecture me about how I had plenty of other options … just not the things I ordered that were clearly marked as GF versions available. I asked politely why they hadn’t switched to GF soy since it’s easily available and the majority of Korean dishes on the menu involve soy in one way or another. He cut me off and said he wasn’t going to argue with me.
It wasn’t until after he left the table that my husband reminded me that last time we got takeout from here I had a bad reaction (thanks hon) and I’m pretty sure I ordered the “gluten free bibimbop with beef” so that would explain it! never again. This place is not safe nor do they care to be.

Been there twice. Not a huge selection of choices but they do have gluten free sushi which is great. A warning that the little dishes they serve before the meal are not gluten free. First time I was there no one told me and I was very ill. But server the second time informed me so now I feel quite comfortable there.
I am an extremely sensitive celiac. We went as a group and ordered nearly every gf item on the main menu, 24 h later, I feel perfectly fine.
The staff is friendly and knowledgable, the food is very good and the menu is well marked. It isn't the broadest selection (most of the sushi but only 7-8 dishes are gluten free), and the bulgogi isn't gf, so you end up substituting either chicken or seafood for it (which is a bummer imho). The jap chae was a particular highlight. Also they have gluten free soy sauce (not Tamari, this uses rice with the soy in the fermentation) which really works well with the sushi.

They seemed to know what they were doing and the food was good. Had GF maki and hot pot. Dinging it one star for somewhat slack service, but it was busy when we were there.

Amazing Korean bibimbap that was gf. Server was knowledgable and very attentive to celiac needs.

Excellent sushi and our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive.
They have gluten free soy sauce, they make any of their sushi gluten free, and their staff is so knowledgeable they started making anything on their menu gluten free for me! This is my favorite place.
