I had the soup of the day which was tomato and roasted red pepper, a gluten free pizza crust pizza and the crème brûlée for dessert

I was warned that there maybe cross contamination but I haven't had a reaction 12 hours later so I figure this one was absolutely fine

Service was brisk and I was served very fast. I took a 630pm reservation

I was out by 7.30 or so. Having been glutened regularly the last week this was a real relief

Amazing gluten free food and the service was excellent!

I had the steak tartare with corn chips and the carbonara with gluten free pasta. I might even say that it was the best gluten free pasta I have had.

Wonderful experience start to finish. Amazing cauliflower and parmesan pizza crust. The waitress made sure to note all allergies and double checked with me when she was in doubt. Really good gluten free beer.

Had the salmon tartare tad a meal. It does come with sliced toasted bread so make sure to ask for it without that.

Went to this place for a quick bite after seeing that they offered a gluten dough for their pizza. I confirmed my choice for the gluten free appetizer and beer and overall the experience was good. Staff were nice too.I totally took for granted that the toppings were gluten free. I should of asked after reading some of the reviews... Make sure to ask and you'll be fine. Food was tasty and atmosphere was nice too.

Excellent food, double check with server on food preparation if you are celiac because even though we ordered the cheese board gluten free, the server said they would bring corn chips but the board arrived with bread on it, so like usual ask questions and be kind and patient since it’s a regular kitchen.

La serveuse était très attentive à notre condition. Elle a mis une note pour la cuisine, mais elle a tout de même expliqué que tous les plats sans gluten étaient faits dans un endroit à part par un cuisinier dédié.

Comme entrée, nous avons pris un tartare de bœuf. Il était servi avec des Tostitos de maïs.

Ils ont des pâtes et pizzas sans gluten. Pour ne pas se mélanger, ils utilisent des pâtes différentes et uniquement pour le sans gluten.

Pour les pizzas, il ne faut pas prendre avec béchamel ou avec pepperoni (car non certifié sans gluten). De plus, les frites ne sont pas sans gluten…

Néanmoins, la pizza et les pâtes choisies étaient délicieuses. Aucune réaction le lendemain et je suis très réactive. Nous y retournerons assurément!

I was so excited to stumble across this restaurant. Atmosphere is fantastic and the staff were very friendly. They have Glutenberg beer, gluten free pasta and pizza crust as well as some desert options. Prices were fantastic and for the first time in a long time I was able to get a beer, appetizer, meal and desert without having to worry about my allergy restrictions.

Staff was super helpful with deciding what to get and I felt fine after. Food was delicious

J’y suis allé deux fois. J’ai mangé 2 fois des pâtes (carbonara et arrabiata). Les 2 fois j’ai eu des maux de coeur importants. Je ne conseille pas pour coeliaque. Pâte à pizza sans gluten dispo mais contamination croisée en cuisine.

Great gluten free options and the waitress was very familiar with the celiac disease. She told us that the pizza with gluten free crust was not safe for celiac but the pastas were. They cook the gluten free pasta in different pot. Also she recommended my daughter to order the chicken breast with spaghetti sauce on gluten free pasta. They cut the chicken to small pieces and mixed with the pasta sauce. It was very good and she liked it. We also ordered Mac and cheese, chicken salad and grilled salmon with pasta. All food were delicious and came to the table within 10 mins. The waitress was very friendly and accommodated our requests. I highly recommend this restaurant and I think it is celiac friendly.

I rarely find that GF pizza is good... and their pizza was quite tasty!! (I had their 4 cheeses). I am celiac and felt safe. Our server understood and ensured with the kitchen that they were no cross-contamination. They even had GF beer which is quite rare.

Based on these great reviews, I decided to call before showing up. They said on the phone that they don't recommend their restaurant for celiacs. They said they use the same equipment and it's not safe. I'm giving 2 stars for honesty!

Wonderful service! Gluten free options were gluten free pizza and pasta. We had the pizza without meat, as the meat was not gluten free. Pizza was awesome!

We visited both locations of Sapristi on our trip to Quebec and were very happy. It was a bit confusing about the two locations - we did not understand that there were two and made a reservation at one but got directions to the wrong location (they were not too busy and did accommodate us)

My two children have celiac and they were very knowledgeable, asked if it was an allergy or just preference (for avoiding cc). Also accommodated picky children palates!

Many options for a gluten-free meal. I have Celiac Disease and ate a gluten-free pasta dish, caprese salad and Caesar salad (shared with others). Food was very good as was the Pinot Noir and service was great. Ate outside on the patio/terrace on a beautiful night!!
