Review of Sapristi

Great gluten free options and the waitress was very familiar with the celiac disease. She told us that the pizza with gluten free crust was not safe for celiac but the pastas were. They cook the gluten free pasta in different pot. Also she recommended my daughter to order the chicken breast with spaghetti sauce on gluten free pasta. They cut the chicken to small pieces and mixed with the pasta sauce. It was very good and she liked it. We also ordered Mac and cheese, chicken salad and grilled salmon with pasta. All food were delicious and came to the table within 10 mins. The waitress was very friendly and accommodated our requests. I highly recommend this restaurant and I think it is celiac friendly.
